Bypass/disable jobs within the properties group and below.
Usage
property set group :job-mode [bypass|disabled]
Unlike other properties, jobs inherit the most restrictive property in the group tree, if that mode is more restrictive than the jobs own property. i.e. it is possible to disable/bypass an enabled/bypassed job, but not to enable a disabled/disabled job.
The job modes in increasing levels are restriction are: enabled → bypass → disabled
